Last month saw the close of what we have been calling our ‘Renovations road show’. Two of our clients, both of which are charities, started large projects to update and renovate their homes, centres and community buildings and chose the Building Maintenance Company to help them do it.
We can’t even say that we started at one end and worked our way around because we had mini projects going on in every region; Leicester, Doncaster, Sheffield, Ayr, Cumbria, Telford, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, Paisley and Hull. To name a few! Our operatives and some of our carefully selected partners helped make this a success. Every trade and skill has been pulled in to satisfy our client’s requirements. From plumbing, joinery, electrical, roofing and flooring we have installed new doors, new drives, painted, decorated, tiled bathrooms and kitchens, installed new kitchen units and extractor fans, upgraded bathrooms, re-felted roofs, the list goes on!
Over the last year these projects have taken over 60 days, often with multiple operatives on site at one time. We are exceptionally proud of the work we have done and our clients are happy with the outcome of the projects. We regularly undertake small to medium renovation works and larger quotes, we are comfortable running projects of up to £150k in house with our operations managers and help-desk team coordinating the logistics and execution of the works. Additional site surveys and desktop audits are undertaken by our compliance manager to ensure everything is running smoothly at every stage of the project.
