E360 Mobile Software Enhancements – September 2022

You are here:

1. Reminder to log on/off client’s IT system.

This will appear when you sign out of the job on E360.

2. Selecting Risk Assessments before doing a Reactive Maintenance job

As you already know, when you prepare a quote you have to select which RAMS are relevant to the job. We would now like you to do this on reactive maintenance jobs too.

The RAMS table is the same as for quotes but we’ve added a few more for you to choose from. You will be required to select the relevant RAMS BEFORE you start work and you won’t be able to enter any labour or materials until you’ve completed this stage.

You can access the RAMS table by selecting “RAMS” from the more options menu at the top right of the job screen (3 white dots).

3. Materials ‘History’

You can now see what materials have already been bought for a job that you’re on.

Go to the more options menu at the top right of the job screen (3 white dots) and select “Materials Used”. You will be able to see them but not edit them.

4. Library Access

If the client sends us documents that would be useful for you such as reports on fire assessments, plans etc. we save them into Library on the job. You will now be able to see these documents.

Go to the more options menu at the top right of the job screen (3 white dots) and select Library.

5. Choosing which photos should be seen by the client

You can now do this when you take a photo from within the job. When you take a photo you’ll see an option called “show on printout”.

Select this and you will see a little printer icon next to the ones you’ve selected.

6. Entering “Overnight” Times

This deals with the issue of being able to log a shift which spans over two days i.e. a job that takes place before and after midnight. Up until now you’ve had to split this in 2, entering some time up to midnight then entering the post-midnight times on completion.

The system now allows you to log times and choose a date as long as that date is after the date of the visit and before today’s date. That sounds complicated but it will become clear when you try it!

You can enter the start time with yesterday’s date and an end time the following morning when you’re actually finished.
