Ladbrokes Coral Engineer Guidelines for Verisae

You are here:

“Checking In” and Starting Work:

1.Attend site and log in to Verisae Mobile – http://mobile.verisae.co.uk. Verisae Mobile will show six tiles and will be defaulted to show all Work Orders assigned to your company – see the section on the next page for details of these tiles.

2.Select the appropriate tile to access your assigned Work Order – search for and click on the Work Order in the list presented. The Work Order will then open up.

3.Click on the “Select an Action” field and click on the START WORK option >>> click on SAVE. If you receive a “Geolocation Error” message this means that you are not onsite or not sharing your location. You must share your location and only start work when actually onsite. This is a recordable event against the Work Order and LadbrokesCoral will be made aware of failure to comply. Once you click on the start option –Verisae Mobile will commence recording your time onsite.

Completing Work:

  1. When you have completed the work, access Verisae Mobile and search for your
Work Order (which will now be in a status of “In Progress”). Click on the “Select an
Action” field and click on JOB COMPLETE. A “JobComplete” box will open and you
will be required to complete all the fields before clicking on the SAVE button:

a. Additional Work Required (does not show for PPM Work Orders): Defaults to “No”. If additional work is required, then select the “Yes” option which will then ask you to select a reason (select from the drop list) and add free text comments. Please populate the “Additional Work Comments” section comprehensively.

b. Fault: Add in the fault description from the drop list provided.

c. Action: Add in the action description from the drop list provided.

d. Complete Comments: Add full description of works undertaken

2. Ensure that you carry out any additional “leaving site” procedures.
