It’s been another busy year here at The Building Maintenance Company (BMC), the last few months have been a period of evolution and growth as we have been investing heavily in IT infrastructure and personnel with some more exciting developments coming in the next few months – emails to follow.

Our internal system is now faster and better than ever. With all of our engineers now working from tablets and our system allowing us to automatically raise jobs and send them out to our engineers, follow up with quotes from site whilst capturing before/after images and job cards to be sent electronically for your convenience. This system also enables our engineers to log on and off any bespoke systems you have in place. Many of our partners and specialists are now coming on board with our electronic system meaning more continuity of service for you. As ever, we are continually up-skilling our engineers not only in their core and secondary trades but with skills to update client portals and systems, if you have any questions please call the help-desk team and they will be happy to help you.

In the wake of some of the larger players ceasing to exist it has reaffirmed to us that family run, dependable and collaborative maintenance companies very much have a place at the centre of the reactive and planned maintenance world. 2019 is set to be an exciting year here at the Building Maintenance Company. ‘Collaboration’ and ‘Growth’ are the two key themes running through the whole year and we are all looking forward to providing you with a brilliant service this year and beyond
